The King agt. James Brown< no role > Prosecution
for assaulting Peter Flynn< no role > & Hugh Garrett< no role > a Watchman

Dr, Sir
The Deft. James Brown< no role > comes to me
this moment and says he could get his Recogz
Discharged this Eveng if you were satisfied
that the Parish of St. Giles did not mean to [..]
Prosecute him any furtherI can only
say that I believe he has satisfied the 2 Watchmen
(one of whom Peter Flynn< no role > is dead, but by no means
by reason of the Assault charged on Brown)
And that the Parish will not interfere any
further in the Prosecution nor object to the
Discharge of Brown Recogz.
