Charles Wood< no role > of Geemain Street in the Parish of
St. James's Westminster in the County of Middlesex Gentleman
maketh oath and saith that he was some time in or about
the Latter and of January last Present at the Kings Head Public
House in Great Ryder Street, when Henry Francis< no role > an Ostler
in Ryder Mews in the said Parish (The Person at whose
Sentance the above prosecution was instituled against
the said John Myers< no role > received Some Sum of Money
from a Person who then attended on behalf of the
said John Myers< no role > as and for and in full Satisfaction
of and for the Assault forWhichthe said prosecution
was commenced
