At a Court Etc

WhereasIt is ordered thatbyvirtue of and in pursuance undr
performance of the directions contained in
an Act of Parliament,
made and passed in the thirty fifth year of his present Majesty
King George the Third, intitled "An Act for the Effectual
"prevention of the use of defective weights, and of false
and unequal Balances" [..] the Justices of the peace at any
Quarter Session of the Peace, to be held for any County
Riding, Liberty, or Division in England or Reales are enabledand thereby
also [..] them,
and required to appoint one or more person or persons
to examine the weights and Balances within their respective
Counties Ridings, Liberties and Divisions By Virtue of the sd Act & inIt [..] pursuance and performance of the directions therein Contained It is Ordered that A.Bthat A.B and
(having been [..] sworn in Open Court duly & faithfully to execute& [..] and appointed and they His said A.B.
the office afd be & he isC.D and E.F anhe is hereby nominated and appointed [..]
been duly sworn duly and faithfully to execute the Office afsd
One of the Inspectors, or Examiners, of the weights and Balances in the
sd parish of St Pancras ,and County of Middlesex afsd.during each
and so long time as the said Justices or their Successors shall
think proper and the said A.BC.D and E.Fshall demean
themselveshimself according to the pewers and authorities vested
intheirhim by the said Act of Parliament [..]
