At the General Quarter Session of the Peace for our
the King holden for the County of Middlesex at the Sessions
House on Clerkenwell Green in the said County on
theDay ofin the 34th Year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King
of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne Westminster
in the County of Middlesex have Notice of this Petition
and Appeal and that they and all persons Concerned
do Attend this Court at the Sessions House on
Clerkenwell Green in the said County on
theday ofat 9 o' Clock
in the forenoon of the same Day to have and abide
the Judgement and Determination of the said
Court touching the Petition
