and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George in
the Borough
of Southwark
in the County of Surrey

Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of R: Davies Esq and H: Reynett Esq
two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
acting in and for
the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 28th. day of June 1794

unto the said parish of Saint George
in the Borough
of Southwark
in the said County of
Surrey
Alledging the said parish of Saint George
to be the place of their last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
Aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the
said two Justices Do therefore appeal to your
Worships therefrom and humbly pray that
your will be pleased to hear them in the premises
and Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said Parish of St. Mary Whitechapel
in the said County of Middlesex
may appear
before you at a certain day to be Appointed to hear and
Abide the determination of your Worships touching
the Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
