the Fellies of the Wheels of which said Cart being of less<lb></lb>
breadth or gauge that Six Inches and then and there did pass<lb></lb>
or was drawn with more that three Horses that is to say with<lb></lb>
four Horses and was adjudged to forfeit for the said Offence the<lb></lb>
Sum of Five Pounds whereby the Petitioners conceived himself<lb></lb>
aggrieved which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this<lb></lb>
day NOW the said Appeal coming on to be heard and the<lb></lb>
