The King on the prosecution of Ann< no role > the Wife of
George Scott< no role > agt. Mary Kendall< no role >

Thomas Muns< no role > of Charter house Lane in the County of
Middlesex Silversmith Maketh Oath and saith that the above
named Prosecutrix lodged at the House of Mrs. Young in
Northampton Buildings Clerkenwell until on or about the
twenty ninth day of April last when she quitted the same but
where she their went to reside or now resides this Deponent
Cannot find out nor could the said Mrs Young inform this
Deponent And this Deponent further saith that he did on the twenty
sixth day of May last serve Messrs. Horne and Pearce who are the
Attorneys for the Prosecutrix as this Deponent hath been informed
with a Copy of the Notice hereto annexed by delivering the same to
the said Mr. Horne at his House in Paternoster Row who told this
Deponent he should have left the same with Mr. Chetham as his
had the Management of it or Words to that effect And this Deponent
further saith that he did on the same twenty sixth of May se [..]
the said Mr. Chetham with another Copy of the said Notice by
leaving [..] with his Servant at his House in Falcon Square
A [..] hone [..]
sixth of May leave another Copy of the said Notice at the
House of Mr. Charles Biggs< no role > (who is an Acquaintance)
of the Prosecutrixs as this Deponent hath been informed
situate in Rosomons Street [..] Clerkenwell with has
Servant and desired her to give the same to the said Mr.
Biggs And this Deponent further saith that he did on the
same twenty sixth day of May leave another Copy of the said
Notice with a Woman at the House of a Mr. Swan in
Gleneys Street Bedford Square (the said Mr. Swan being also [..]
Acquaintance of the Prosecutrix's as this Deponent as
informed) And this Deponent further saith that he did
on the same twenty sixth day of May leave another Copy of
the said Notice with the said Mrs. Young
