The King on the prosecution of Rebecca

Thomas Muns< no role > of Charter house Lane in the County of
Middlesex Silver smith Maketh Oath and saith that Rebecca
Burlingham
< no role > the prosecutrix above named lodged at the house of
the Defendant William Gibbons< no role > in Rosomons Street Clerkenwell
until the twenty ninth day of April last and their quitted the same
but where she then went to reside or now resides the said
Defendant or this Deponent have not been able to find out
although diligent enquiry hath been made for that Purpose And
this Deponent further saith that he did on the twenty sixth day of
May last serve Messrs. Herne and Peace who are the Attorneys
for the Prosecutrix as this Deponents hath been informed with a Copy
of the Notice hereto annexed by delievering the same to the said Mr.
Horne at his House in Paternoster Row who told this Deponent
he should have left the same with Mr. Chetham as he had the
management of it or Words to that effect And this Deponent
further saith that he did on the same twenty sixth of May serve
the said Mr. Chetham with another Copy of the said Notice [..]
leaving the same with his Servant at his House in Falish Square
And this Deponent further saith that he did on the same twenty
sixth of May leave another Copy of the said Notice at the
House of Mr. Charles Biggs< no role > (who appears to be a Witness.
on this Indictment) situate in Rosemons Street aforesaid with
his Servant and desired her to give the same to the said Mr.
Biggs And this Deponent further saith that he did on the same
twenty sixth of May leave another Copy of the said Notice
with a Woman at the House of a Mr. Swan in Chemeys
Street Bedford Square the said Mr Swan being an Reg [..]
of the Prosecutrix's as this Deponent hath heard and belives
