Gentleman
maketh oath
and saith that he this Deponent did on the first day
of April as also on the fifth and the three following
days go to the prosecutors house at
Old Brompton
in
the County of Middlesex
in order to serve them the said
Prosecutors with a Notice of Tay [..] in thir Cause
for this present Sessions but this Deponent has not
been able to see either of the said parties or to
seve them with the same they being constantly
denied by a persons at the said House And this
deponent further saith he is informed and verity
belives it to be true that the said Prosecutors
seerut themselves for the perpose of avoiding the
Service of the said notice this Deponent therefore
prays that the recognizance may veredted
until the next Sessions and that having as
Notice at the prosecutors last place of abode
may be deceed good Service
