in the said County Victualler

Who on his Oath saith That lately there has been
feloniously stolen taken and carried away from this
Informant's House the Sign of the Antelope on
Holywell Mount
aforesaid a quantity of Rum
Gin and Brandy his Property and this informant
saith that David Brancher< no role >
Pot boy to this
Informant hath confessed to this informant that
the stole the said Liquors and sold the part
thereof to the prisoner Judith Perkins< no role >
who persuaded
himthis informantto steal the Liquor: and that he
also sold and gave the remainder thereof to Ann
Sweatman< no role >
(a Chairwoman
at the house of this
informant), who also encouraged him to steal Liquor.
And this informant further saith that he verily
believes tha the said Judith Perkins< no role >
and
Ann Sweatman< no role >
received the said Liquor knowing
the same to have been stolen.
