To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the peace assembled

The Humble Petition and
appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Olney in the
County of Bucks

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of John Staple< no role > and RDavis Esquire
two of his Majestys Justices of the peace acting in and for the said
County of Middlesex one whereof being of the Quorum bearing date
the 27th day of Tune last Simeon Spencer< no role > was removed
and Conveyed from and out of the Hamlet of Poplar and
Blackwall in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish
of Olney in the County of Buckingham aforesaid as the place
of that last legal Settlement of the said Simeon Spencer< no role >
by which your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
appeal to this Court against the said
Order and Adjudication of the said
two Justices and in regard the said
Order or pass Warrant was not received by
your Petitioner until Friday the fifth
day of this Instant July and your
Petitioners therefore could not give notice
of their intention to appeal in due time
for this present Session Your Petitioners
therefore pray that their said Appeal may be
entered as of this present Session and
that the Hearing thereof may be adjourned
to the next GeneralQuarterSession to
be then and there heard at such day as
Your Worships shall appoint

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
