Severally make Oath and say And first this Deponent
John May Evans for himself saith that on the thirteenth
day of April One thousand Seven hundred And Ninety two He
this Deponent was Convicted of having erected and built Certain
first rate Dwelling Houses situate in Moorfields in the Parish of
Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex Contrary to the Rules And
Regulations appointed and directed by a Certain Act of Parliament
made and passed in the fourteenth Year of his present Majestys
Reign for the further and better Regulation of Buildings and
Party Walls within the Citys of London and Westminster
And this Deponent further saith that in pursuance of such
Conviction He this Deponent entered into Seven Several Recognizance
each in the Penal Sum of two hundred pounds to Amend the said
Buildings According to the Rules and Regulations Contained in
the said Act And this Deponent further saith that since the said
Covictions he has Amended the said Several dwelling Houses
According to the rules and Regulations Contained in the Statute
in that Case Made and Provided And this Deponent Richard
Wooding
< no role > for himself saith that he has seen And Surveyed the
said several Dwelling Houses above mentioned since the said
Convictions and is of opinion that the same are in every Respect
built erected or altered so as to be now within the true intent
And Meaning of the said Act of Parliament
