The King on the Prosecution of

Nathaniel Morgan< no role >

John Foster< no role > of Chancery Lane Solicitor for
the said defendant maketh Oath and Saith
that he this deponent together with James White< no role > of
Holborn were in AprillastSessions of the peace for the County of
Middlesex formd in a Recognizance with for the
said Defendant Why the traverse herein the last
Sessions which this Deponent understood would not
have commenced until the 8th. of July next and
and which he so understood from the Red Book or Court
Callendar wherein it is there stated that the first
Sessions following April would not commence
till the said 8th July1788next And this
deponent further Saith that on such Account
he took no step whatever to proceed to tryal
by which means the Recognizance taken in
this Prosecution was estreated
