in the said<lb></lb>
County contrary to the Rules and Regulations appointed and<lb></lb>
directed by the said Act of Parliament which saw<lb></lb>
Projectin namely the said shop Window and stall Board<lb></lb>
was not Built at the same time the House or Building to<lb></lb>
which the same belongs was Built and which said Projection<lb></lb>
and shop Window and Stall Board doth extend beyond the<lb></lb>
Original and General line of the said Public Street when the<lb></lb>
said shop Window and stall Board is Erected as aforesaid<lb></lb>
against the Term of the Statute in such Case made and<lb></lb>
Provided your Petitioner was by the said Justices Convicted<lb></lb>
of the Premises charged upon your Petitioner in and ley<lb></lb>
the said Complaint and Information and the said Justices<lb></lb>
did therefore deem adjudge and determine the said Stall<lb></lb>
Board so added to the said Dwelling House as aforesaid<lb></lb>
to be a common Nuisance and did Award and require<lb></lb>
your Petitioner the Builder thereof to enter into a<lb></lb>
Recognizance in the Penal Sum of two Hundred pounds<lb></lb>
to abate the said Nuisance by Amending the said Brick<lb></lb>
Building intended for a Dwelling House with the said<lb></lb>
Shop Window and Stall Board so made as aforesaid<lb></lb>
according to the Rules and Regulations contained in the<lb></lb>
Statute in that case made and provided within the space<lb></lb>
of three Months from the day of the date of the said<lb></lb>
Conviction Whereby Petitioner concerning himself<lb></lb>
aggrieved</p>
