To the Constable , Headborough , Tythingman, and other
Officer of the Peace of the Parish of St. Mary
White Chapel within the said County, to receive
and convey; and to the Church-Wardens, Chapel-
Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor, of the Parish,
Place or Precinct of St. Austins
in the City & County of Norwich
or either of them, to receive and obey.

WHEREAS it hath been duly made appear to me the Revd. Henry Reynett< no role > Clerk
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County, upon Oath,
that Tabitha Ferrell< no role >
who was [..] apprehended by Benjamin Constable< no role > within the
Parish of St. Mary White Chapel as a Rogue and Vagabond has committed
an Act Vagrancy within the true Intent and Meaning of the Statutes in that Case
made and provided, and I have therefore duly convicted her thereof, and have
actually caused her to be confined in the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
for the space of Seven Days Days last past, which I do hereby certify, and whereas
by the Examination of the said Vagrant hereunto annexed, it doth appear that the
lawful Settlement of the said Tabitha [..] Ferrell< no role >
is in the Parish of St. Austins in the City and County of Norwich

These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer to convey
the said Vagrant above-named to the Parish of Westham in the County of Essex that
being the first Parish in the Precinct, through which she ought to pass, in
the direct Way to the said Parish of St. Austins in the City of Norwich to which
the said Vagabond is to be next Precinct, together with this Pass, and the Dupli-
cate of the Examination of the said Tabitha [..] Ferrell< no role >
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Vagrant above-named is to be
thence carried on, in like Manner, to the said Parish of St. Austins in
the City and Norwich there to be delivered to some Church-Warden, Chapel-
Warden, or Overseers of the Poor of the same, to be there provided for according to
Law. And you the said Church-Warden , Chapel-Warden, or Overseers of the
Poor, are hereby required to receive the said Person and provide for her as afore-
said.
