2d [..] For unlawfully and with strong hand on the said 30th. day of November
entering into a certain Outhouse part and parcel of
a certain Customary Tenement with the Appurtenances
then in the possession of the said Elisha Earle< no role > situate
in the said Parish. and within and parcel of the
Manor of Isleworth Lyon , and which said Customary
Tenement within the Appurtenances to the sd. Elisha
then and there held of the Lord of the said Manor by the
Rod in his demesne as of Fee at the Will of the Lord
according to the Custom of the said Manor; and with
strong hand unlawfully expelling and putting out the
said Elisha from the peaceable possession of the said
Outhouse and continually from thence until the day of
taking the Inquisition with strong hand unlawfully and
injuriously did keep out and still doth keep out the
said Elisha Searle< no role > from the possession thereof cont. to
the Statute
