The Magistrates present taking into this Consideration
the necessity of a vigorous and prompt Execution of the Laws
against all disturbers of the publick peace recommend it to the
Justices in this several Divisions to exent their at most
Vigilance and give their constant Attention to discover and being
to Justice All Persons who may be creating or exciting any such
Disturbances and to give all due Encouragement and protection
to such Loyal and peaceable Subjects as may apply to then for
Assistance by the Appointment of Special Constables and all
other lawful means for the Suppression of Riots and Tumults
and preservation of the publick Peace And that the
Magistrates do held Weekly Meetings in their respective
parishes or Neighbourhoods for the better carrying into Execution
the aforesaid

And it is further recommended that there be a
General Meeting of the Magistrates of this County to be held
once in every fortnight the first Meeting to be held at the
Session House Clerkenwell Green on Thursday theday of
in order to communicate to each other any material
