And that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by adjournment aforesaid at
the Session House aforesaid in and for the said County on the said Monday the
Fifth day of November in the Year last aforesaid before the said Justices of our
said Lord the king abovenamed and others their Fellows aforesaid That
Session of the Peace is adjourned by the aforesaid Justices of our said
Lord the King abovenamed and others their Fellows aforesaid here until
Tuesday the Sixth day of the same Month of November at the hour and place
last abovesaid and that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by
adjournment aforesaid at the Session House aforesaid in and for the said
County on the said Tuesday the Sixth day of November in the Year last
aforesaid before the said Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed and
others their Fellows aforesaid That Session of the Peace is adjourned by the
aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed an others their Fellows
aforesaid here until Saturday the Eighth day of [..] december in the Year last
aforesaid at the hour and peace last abovesaid and that at the same Session
of the Peace being holden by adjournment aforesaid at the Session House aforesaid
in and for the said County on the said Saturday the Eighth day of december
in the said Thirty third Year of the Reign of our Sd Sovereign Lord George the

Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to Keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and
other Misdemeanours committed in the same County.

Whereas John Liston< no role > Hath at this present Session Exhibited
his Petition and Appeal Setting forth That in and by a certain Conviction
in Writting under the Hands and Seals of Nathaniel Conant< no role > and Philip New< no role >
Esquires two of the Justices of the Peace of our said Lord the King in and for the
County of Middlesex and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespass and
