Resolved it is the opinion of this Meeting
That the Clerks to the Magistrates should not be allowed
to take a fee of any Person upon making a charge unless a
Warrant shall be granted
2d.
Resolved It is the Opinion of this Meeting
That the Peace officers attending the Public offices should
attend at any Particular office in cases of Emergency upon a
[..] that purpose
3d.
Resolved That in all cases of Felony where
the Party is not in Custody, the Description of the person be
communicated to the Magistrates at the different offices
