Middlesex
The King


To the Constables of the Parish of Sand Gates in the Fields,
in the County of Middlesex ,and [..] to all Constables
and other Officers whom it may concern to receive and
convey; and to the Church-warden Chapel-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of [..]
in the City of London [..]
or either of them, to receive and obey.

WHEREAS William Todeshole< no role > hath been
apprehended in the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields ,
and duly convicted before MeOne
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex , for that he the said William Todeshole< no role > did
in the last-mentioned Parish. And the said William Todeshole< no role >
as such Rogue and Vagabond hath been this Day committed by
Me to the House of Correction for the said County of Middlesex
for the Space of [..] Days (which I do hereby certify);
and upon Examination of the said William Todeshole< no role >
taken before Me upon Oath (which Examination is here
unto annexed) it doth appear that the said Parish of St Edmund
the King is the Place of last legal Settlement.

THESE are therefore [..] you the Constables of the said
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields , to convert the said William
Todeshole
< no role > (immediately after the Expiration of
the said [..] Days) to the Parish of [..]
in the County of [..] that being the first Parish
in the next Precinct through which [..] ought to pass in the
direct Way to [..] to which
[..] to be sent ; and to deliver [..] to the Constable or
other Officer of the said Parish of [..]
together with this Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of
the said William Todeshole< no role > taking his Receipt for the same:
And the said William Todeshole< no role > to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner to the parish of [..] King aforesd
there to be delivered to some Church-warden, Chapel-warden, or
Overseer of the Poor of the same Place, to be there provided
for according to Law. And you the said Chuuch-wardens, Cha-
pel-wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, are hereby required to re-
ceive the said Person and provide for him as aforesaid.
