MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, () on Monday
the Second Day of July
in the Thirty second Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Ect Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Bleamire
< no role > , Nathaniel Conant< no role > , Charles Sheppard< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said
Lord the King, assigned to Keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the same County

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Dartford
in the County of Hent Did at the last General Session of the Peace held in and
for this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of an
Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of Sir Sampson Wright< no role > and Nicholas
Bond
< no role > Esqr two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
bearing date the Fifth day of April One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety two
Mary Wood< no role > and her three Children Vizt. Elizabeth< no role > aged Five Years Mary Ann< no role >
aged Three Years and Ann< no role > aged One Year were Removed and conveyed from and out of
the Parish of Chiswick in the said County of Middlesex to the Parish of Dartford
aforesaid as the Place of their lawful settlement whereby the Petitioners conceived
themselves aggrieved, which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this day

Now, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes their Counsel and Witnesses
in and concerning the Premises. IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the
same is hereby dismissed, and that the said Order of the said two Justices, be and the same is
hereby confirmed; And IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Dartford do maintain
and provide for the said Mary Wood, and her said three Children
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law.
