aforesaid on the Sixteenth day of March<lb></lb>
last made an Assessment or Rate for the relief and maintenance of the<lb></lb>
Poor of the said Parish being the first Rate at One Shilling in the Pound<lb></lb>
for the present Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety two. That<lb></lb>
the Petitioner was by the said Assessment or Rate charged with the Sum of<lb></lb>
Seven Pounds and Ten shillings for part of the Estate and Property he occupied<lb></lb>
in the said Parish and also the Sum of Four Shillings for Coney Close the<lb></lb>
remaining part of the Property he held in the said Parish. That the Sum of<lb></lb>
Seven Pounds and Ten shillings was a greater Sum than he ought to be<lb></lb>
Charged with and was thereby greatly overrated and aggrieved because he<lb></lb>
humbly conceived that he ought not to be charged or assessed at more than<lb></lb>
Three Pounds instead of Seven Pounds and Ten shillings And that so<lb></lb>
much of the Estate and Property in the aforesaid Parish in his Occupation<lb></lb>
subject or liable to be assessed or rated to the Poor of the said Parish in his Occupation<lb></lb>
exceed Sixty Pounds and was not of the Amount of One Hundred and Fifty<lb></lb>
Pounds. That the above Assessment or Rating of the Petitioner at the Sum of<lb></lb>
Seven Pounds and Ten shillings was unequal and disproportionate with the<lb></lb>
Rating and Assessing of other Persons in the said <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50874_geo111">Parish of Hanworth</rs>

whereby the Petitioner conceived himself aggrieved, and for the reasons<lb></lb>
aforesaid appealed against the said Rating and Assessment as to the Charge<lb></lb>
of Seven Pounds and ten shillings therein charged on him Now upon<lb></lb>
hearing the said Appeal and what hath been alledged by the respecitve<lb></lb>
parties their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premises It is<lb></lb>
Ordered that the said Rate or Assessment so far as concerns the said<lb></lb>
