of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith that
he was present and did see Richard Lancaster< no role > the above
named prosecutor duly sign and Seal and as his that
and Deed deliver a certain Release to the said John
Watkins the above named Defendant and which said
Release bears date the Twenty Sixth day of March instant
and this Deponent Saith that the name Richard Lancaster< no role >
set and subscribed thereto is of the proper hand writing of the
said Richard Lancaster< no role > the Prosecutor above named
and that the name Tk Fiske set and subscribed thereto
as Witness to the due Execution of the said Release is of the Proper
hand wirting of this Deponent and lastly this Deponent Saith
that the said Release was duly Executed on the day the
same bears date
