of Middlesex taken on Oath before me John Spiller< no role >
Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County this Sixteen [..]
March in the Year of our Lord 1792

Who on his Oath saith That he is Forty seven Years
of Ago and lives in Holywell Mount the Curtain
Road Shoreditch in the said County and gets
his living by making and vending Medicines
and teaching the Use of the Globes Etc. And
that his legal Place of Settlement is in the
said Parish of Saint Leonard by paying
the Poors Rate and that he hath several
Houses in the said Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch .
