day of March Instant about Eight oClock in the forenoon [..]

she told him she would to [..] No. 32 that the said Thomas
[..] then wrote down the Number on the pa [..] hereunto
annexed and gave it to this Informant and on the same time
demanded and received of this Informant the Sum of one shilling
and Six pence for which she was to receive [..] of and from the
said Thomas Thompson< no role > the Sum of half a Guinea if the Ticket
No. 32 in the present English State Lottrey should be drawn for [..]
in unfortunate on the Twenty Second day of Drawing the said [..]
Lottrey and also the further Sum of one Pound Six [..] Shillings
if the said Ticket should be drawn fortunate on the said Twenty
