MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, ()
on Tuesday the Fourteenth Day of February in the
Thirty secondYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , Richard Tayler< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , Edward Read< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St Giles in the fields in the said County
Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the Hands and Seals of Paul Pechell< no role > and Thomas Pechell< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the said County bearing date the Thirtieth day of January last Eleanor Chipperton< no role > the
Widow of Thomas Chipperton< no role > and her two Children namely Robert< no role > aged Thirteen Years and George< no role > aged Eleven
Years were removed and conveyed out of the Parish of Saint Marylebone in the said County to the said Parish
of Saint Giles in the Fields as the place of their last legal settlement whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
aggrieved Now the said Appeal coming on to be heard, at the request of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the fields , and by and with the consent of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Marylebone It is Ordered that so much of the said
Appeal as respects the settlement of the said, Robert Chipperton be and the same is hereby allowed and so
much of the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside and It is further Ordered
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the fields do forthwith
convey and deliver back the said Robert Chipperton< no role > (together with a copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Marylebone who are hereby required to receive and
provide for the said Robert Chipperton until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of
Law and It is further Ordered that so much of the said Appeal as respects the settlement of the said
Eleanor Chipperton and her said Child George be and the same is hereby dismissed and so much of the
said Order of the said two Justices is hereby Confirmed and It is further Ordered that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the fields do maintain and provide for the
said Eleanor Chipperton< no role > and her said Child George until they can free themselves from the charge thereof
by due course of Law.
