Chandler have remised released And for ever discharged, and by these
Presents Do for me my Heirs Executors and Administrators remise
release and for over discharge David Mc. Clough< no role > of the same place
Yeoman his Heirs Executors and Administrators of and from all and
all manner of Action and Actions Suits Debts Dues Sum and Sums
of Money Accounts Reckonings Bends, Bills Specialties Covenents
Controversies Algreements Promises Variances Damages Judgments
Extents Executions Claims and Demands, and more particularly from
a Prosecution against the said David Mr Clough for an Assault committed
on me the said William Bates Smith< no role > by the said David Mc Clough< no role > by
me commended and now Depending at the Sessions of the Peace held
at Clerkenwell in and for the County of Middlesex or which I my Heirs
Executors or Administrators hereafter can or may have for or upon
Account there of from the begining of the World to the Day of the Date of
these Presents In Witness where of I have hereunto set my Hand
and seal this Sixteenth Day of January in the Thirty Second Year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God
