At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the TwelfthDay of January in the
Thirty Second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

Two Bills of Thomas Aris< no role > for Bread delivered by him to the Prisoners in
New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County and the House of Correction there from
the 25th. day of October last to the 9th. day of January instant amounting to the Sum
of One Hundred and thirty one Pounds Nine Shillings and eleven pence halfpenny
being laid before this Court for Payment and it appearing by the Report of the Committee
appointed to examine and audit all demands made upon this County Previous to the
payment thereof that the Charges therein are Just and true It is Ordered that
Mr Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer do pay unto the said Thomas Aris< no role > (out of
the County Rate) the said Sum of One Hundred and Thirty One Pounds Nine
Shillings and Eleven pence halfpenny and that the Receipt of the said Thomas Aris< no role >
(together with this Order) shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such
Payment.
