Original Contract nor in any respect very annual or make void these-
Presents or any thing contained there in otherwise than as to the said Justices
paying or retaining such Sum or Sums as previous to the making such
Variations or Alterations shall be as certained in writing signed by the
Clerk of the said Justices, fo the time being and it is hereby further
agreed by and between the said Parties here to that for the better carrying
on the said Buildings and Works here in before agreed to be done and for the
satisfaction of the said Justices that the same are carried on and
performed agreeable to these presents that the said Several plans Elevations
and Sections and other designs where to this Agreements refers shall be
deposited and Placed in the Office of the Clerk of the Peace for the said
County that as well the saidhis Heirs Executors
or Administrators as the said Justices and their Successors may have
recourse there to at all times necessary And lastly for the
true performance of all the Covenants and Agreements here in contained
by and on part and behalf of the saidhe
the said of doth hereby and himself is Heirs
