MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, ()
on Monday the Twelfth Day of September in the
thirty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , Richard Tayler< no role > , Nathaniel Conant< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our Said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint dunstan in
the West in the City of London Did at the cast General quarter Session of the peace held in and
for this county exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of a Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of R. Butler and D. Walker Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Seventeenth
day of June last Mary Ward< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Clement Dances in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint dunstan in the West in the
City of London whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved which said Appeal
stood duly adjourned until this Session Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath
been alledged by the respective Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parishes
their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the premises It is Ordered that the said
Appeal by and the same is hereby allowed and the said Order of the said two Justices in hereby
vacated and set aside and It is further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of Saint dunston in the West do forthwith convey and deliver back the
said Mary Ward< no role > (together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Saint Clement dance who are hereby required to receive and
provide for the said Mary Ward< no role > until they can free themselves from the charge thereof by
due course of Law.
