At the GeneralSession off the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, ()
on Monday the Twelfth Day of September in the
Thirty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain; Etc. Before William
Mainwaring

Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the
King, Assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same county.

Whereas George Blendell< no role > of the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green in the County
of Middlesex Lent Manufacturer Did at the General Quarter Session of the Peace held us
and for this County in the Month of April last Exhibit his petition and appeal setting
forth that by virtue of an Indenture of Apprenticeship bearing date the fifteenth day of
April one thousand Seven Hundred and eighty six under the Hands and Seals of
lewis Evans< no role > and Benjamin Biggs< no role > Churchwardens and Noah Wibrow< no role > and Thomas Balon< no role >
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of West Ham in the County of Essex by and with the
consent of Sir John Heniker< no role > Baronet and William Palmer< no role > Esquire two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace acting in and for the said County of Essex Catherine averne< no role > a poor
Child of the said Parish of West Ham was bound apprentice to the Petitioner untill the
should attain her age of Twenty one years or day of Marriage. That by Virtue of an
order under the Hands and Seales of John Spiller< no role > and Thomas Fyon Cotton< no role > Esquires
two of His Majestys Justices of the peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex
bearing date the Sixteenth day of March One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety
the abovenamed Catherine Averne the Apprentice was discharged from her said
Apprenticeship and from the Petitioner, whereby the Petitioner conceived himself
aggreved which said appeal stood duly adjourned until this Session Now upon bearing the said. Appeal and What hath been alledged by
therespection Parties their Counsel and Witness in and in and [..] the Permises It [..]
Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same is thereby allowed and the said
Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set a side
