George Graham< no role > late of the Parish of Saint John of Wapping Labourer for a
certain Misdr. in unlawfully having in the Custody
Possession and Keeping of him the said George divers
Naval Stores of our Lord the King Marked with the
Marks usually used to and marked upon such like Naval
Stores (that is to say) One Treble Wooden Block with
Iron Shivers and Iron Pin Marked with the Broad
Arrow of the Val of Fourteen Shillings and divers other
things the Goods of our Lord the King, which said
Naval Stores so severally Marked were found in the
Custody Possession and keeping of him the said George
he the said George then or at any other time before not
being a Contractor with the Principal Officers on Commissioners
of our said Lord the King of the Navy Ordnance or
Victuallers for the use of our said Lord the King, to make
any Stores of War or Naval Stores whatsoever, cont
to the Stat on the 24th. day of February last.

2d. CotFor that the said Goods of our Lord the King were
found in the Custody Possession and Keeping of the said
George Graham< no role > he then or at any other time before not
being such Contractor as abovementioned, cont to the Stat
on the same day.

3d. CotFor unlawfully concealing the said Naval Stores and
Goods of our Lord the King, he then or at any other
time before not being such Contractor as abovementioned
cont to the Stat on the same day.
