removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn above the Bars
in the County of Middlesex
to
the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
as the place of
her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Count against the Adjudication of the said
Two Justices and their said Order and pray
that the said Appeal may be saved unto
them and that your Worships will be pleased
to appoint a Day to hear and determine the
same
And your Petitioners as in Duty Bound
will ever pray
