To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the said County
Assembled.

The humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields within the Liberty of Westminster in
the County aforesaid

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of Charles Friquet< no role > and Joseph Faikney< no role > Esquires
Two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex (whereof One is of the Quorum) bearing Date the
2nd Day of April 1791 Martha Shearman< no role > , Singlewoman was
removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the County of Middlesex to
the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields as the place of
her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Count against the Adjudication of the said
Two Justices and their said Order and pray
that the said Appeal may be saved unto
them and that your Worships will be pleased
to appoint a Day to hear and determine the
same

And your Petitioners as in Duty Bound
will ever pray
