MIDDLESEX ,


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Fifteenth Day of April in the
Thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great britain, Etc.

It is Order that the hearing and determining the matter of an
Appeal made by several Inhabitants Owners and Occupiers of Land &
Tenements and Hereditaments within the Parish of Caling in the said
County who were assessed to and have paid the poors Rate of the said
Parish for the Year ending at an about laster now last past on behalf of
themselves and other Inhabitants of the said Parish against the
Accounts of John Andrews< no role > and Joseph Dune< no role > Householders and
Inhabitants of the said Parish who served the Office of Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish for the Year ending at or about laster 1789
which stood duly adjourned until this day do by and with the
consent of the said Parties their Counsel and Attorneys stand further
adjourned until the next General quarter Session of the peace to be
holden for this County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be
given unto the said John Andrews< no role > and Joseph Druce< no role > they and all
persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid
on Thursday the Eight day of July next at the hour of nine in the
forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the judgment and
determination of the said court touching the said Appeal
