Middlesex Gentlemen maketh Oath and Saith
that he did see the above named prosecution
Thomas Wedderburn< no role > Sign Seal and at his not and
dead deliver the within Instrument purporting
to be a release & from him the said Thomas
Wedderburn< no role > to the above named Defendant
Edmond Cherrington< no role > And that the hand Writting of
but this Defendent signed as Writting to the due
Execution there of is of the proper hand writing
of him this Deponent
