Isaac Fawcett< no role > of Allhallows Court, Grace church Street in
the City of London Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith That
he was present and did see the within named Thomas Linton
Rogers duly sign and seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the
within Written Deed or Instruments purporting to be a
General Release of all and all Manner of Action and Actions
Cause and Causes of Actions and all other Trespasses
whatsoever by the above named Thomas price heretofore
Committed against him And this Deponent Saith
that the Same was so executed on the Day the same
Bears Date and that the Name I.L Rogers
Subscribed against the seal of the said General Release
is of the proper Hand Writing of the said Thomas Linton
Rogers And that the Name of this Deponent as also
the Name of Robert French< no role > appearing thereto to
be sett and Subscribed as Witness thereto are of this
