Servant and wickedly and unhumanly neglecting and

Sustenance for the support of his Health and Life By mean
of which beating and of the want of finding and providing
of such proper and necessary Lodging Food and Sustenance

Emaciated in Body and laboured and languished in
great peril and danger of losing his Life and of being
starved to death
