John Newton< no role > late of the Parish of Chiswick Labourer for assaulting Alexander
Corson
< no role > and Charlotte < no role > his Wife then being in a certain Coach
called a Post Coach drawn by two Horses in the Kings Higway
And that the said John then and there driving two Horses
drawing a certain other Coach unlawfully Maliciously wickedly
wilfully and injuriously did drive the said Horse so as
aforesaid drawing the said last mentioned Coach to and
against the said Post Coach and by means of such driving
did then and there in the Kings Highway aforesaid unlawfully.
Maliciously and injuriously force the said Coach against the
said Post Coach whereby the said Post Coach in which the said Alexander and his said
Wife then and there were as aforesaid was Overturned By
reason of which Overturning of the said Post Coach the said
Alexander Corson< no role > and the said Charlotte his Wife were greatly
bruised and hurt and one of the Ribs of the left side of him
the said Alexander was then and there broken on the 13th.
day of February last.

2d.Cotfor a common Assault on the said Alexander Corson< no role > on the
same day.

3d. Cotfor a common Assault on the said Charlotte Corson< no role > on the
same day.
