Sollicitor for the above named Defendants Maketh Oath and saith that
he this Deponent did on Wednesday the Eighteenth day of this Instant
February go to the Dwelling house of Mr. Huggins in John Street Tottenham
Court Road the Father in Law to the above named Prosecutor and
with whom the above named Prosecutor and his Family Lodged in
order to serve the above named Prosecutor with Notice that the said
Defendants would Personally appear at the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden at the Sessions house on Clerkenwell
Green in and for the said County of Middlesex on Monday the
Twenty third day of February Instant at Nine O'Clock in the Forenoon
of the same day then and there to take their Trials in this Cause
when this Deponent met with the Wife of the said Prosecution Who
Informed this Deponent that the said Prosecutor was gone into
the Country and that she did not Know where the said Prosecutor
then was but promised to send the said Notice to the said Prosecutor
in Case she could Learn where he was And further gave this
Deponent to Understand that the said Prosecutor was Accorded
to avoid the Prosecution Commenced against him by the said [..]
