I do hereby certify that the
Quantity of Brickwork done in the found ation
of the New House of Correction for the County
of Middlesex and the Boundary Walls. thereof
considerably exceeds two Hundred Rods, and
that Mr. Odell in Pursuant to his Contract
entitled to receive on Accot. thereof at the rate
of Eight Pounds Pr. Rod the Sums of One
thousand Six Hundred Pounds - dated this
fourth day of October 1788
