Resolved that the same Reced & confined
that the City of the peace do issue the
usual Order upon the Treasurer [..] this
County for the paymt of the love Jury of Money
therein contained [..] togr by ye Sum

Mr. Newport the Keeper of the Newprison
have informed the Ct that it had been
recomended by Mr. Howard that the Bathg House of the
New Prison should he put into a proper State
in Order that the same day he made use of
as occasion may requires

Ordered that the term beforthwithDone
under the Inspection of Mr. Rogers that [..]

Mr. Hall has Stated to the County that in Consequence
of the Roome which he [..] to have for the [..] is of the Ct. being converted into the Tontine office that he was at
great loss on that acct. & [..] that a press which [..] the purpose
sho'd be made :Ordered that Mr Rogers do make in Estimate of the [..]
thereof the laid [..] the Ct at the next Lessen
