At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
our Lord the King holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Session House for the said County
by Adjournment on Tuesday the twenty first day of
October in the twenty eight Year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain
Etc.

It is Ordered that the within named William Hyde< no role > Esquire have
notice of this appeal & that he and that all Persons concerned do
attend the Court here on Thursday next the twenty third day of
October instant at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same
Day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the Court
touching the said appeal
