George Matley< no role > of Monmouth Street in the Parish of Saint Giles in
the fields in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and
Saith that he was present on the first Day of September Instant and
did See Phillip Hughes< no role > the prosecutor above named Sign Seal and as
Act and Deed deliver the within Release and that the name
Phillip Hughes< no role > set and Subscribed at the foot thereof is of the proper
hand Writing of the said Phillip Hughes< no role > And as this Deponent
further saith that the Name Geo: Matley set and Subscribed as
one of the Witnesses thereto is of the proper hand Writing of this
Deponent.
