Mr. Rogers having law before this Court the plan and Estimate
of the Alterations intended to be made in the Great Room in the
Session House by which Estimate it appears that the same
bearing the two Chinmeys and finishing the Room in stuces
will account to £288,,19l:6d or finishing the same
in paper to £276:19:6

Resolved that it be referred to a Committee to carry the
same into execution in [..] such way [..] as may be thought
most likely to answer the purposes for which it is intended
and that the said Committee do receive proposals and enter
into Contracts for the performing the said Works accordingly
And that the said Committee do also cause a proper Approach
to be made in the Front of the said & Session House

Resolved That the said Committee do also
Cause the necessary Alteration to be made in
the Room intended for the Son time Office

Resolved That plain Green Cushions to
Matel the Curtains he provided for the
Berch in the Court to extend from the
Chairmans Seat on each side to that fact
of the Bench where the Curtains Lavy
