At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the said County, (..)
on Mondaythe Twenty third Day of Junein the
Twenty EighthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an
Appeal Between Thomas Fellows< no role > of the Town of Uxbridge in the said
County Esquire Appellant and the Chapelwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said Town of Uxbridge Respondents respecting the poors Rates of the
said Town which stood duly adjourned unto this Session Do [at the request
of the said Thomas Fellows< no role > Esquire and by and with the consent of the
Chapel Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Town of Uxbridge ]
stand furter adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the
Peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the mean time
to be given unto the said Chapel wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Town of Uxbridge they and all persons concerned do attend te Court at
the Session aforesaid on Thursday the Twenty third day of October
next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same Day to hear and
abide the judgment and determination of the said Court touching the
said Appeal
