Petition and Appeal setting forth That by an Order or Judgment of<lb></lb>

Esquire one of His<lb></lb>
Majesty's <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50832_occ2">Justices of the Peace</rs>

for the said County bearing Date the Thirtieth<lb></lb>
Day of March 1788. He was Convicted in the Sum of Three pounds for using<lb></lb>
and wearing on a certain Garment made of Woolen Cloth and other<lb></lb>
materials called a Waistcoat One Dozen and one half of a Dozen of Buttons<lb></lb>
bound with Woolen Cloth whereof wearing Garment called Waistcoats were<lb></lb>
then usually made whereby the Petitioner conceived himself aggrieved<lb></lb>
Whereupon at the request of the said Petitioner It is Ordered that the<lb></lb>
benefit of his said Appeal should be saved unto him and the hearing<lb></lb>
and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the<lb></lb>
next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and<lb></lb>
on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50832_n12-2">Edward Parker</rs>
