MIDDLESEX


AT the General Quarter- Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Sessions House for the Said County
on Monday in the Week next after wife feast of the Chiphaly to with the seventh Day of January in the
Twenty eighthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc

Whereas the Churhcwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Kew in
the County of Surrey Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and
Appeal Setting forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and [..]
of Philip Dyot< no role > and D Walker Esquires two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Nineteenth
day of October One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Seven one Elizabeth Scalfer< no role >
was removed from that part of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn which lies above the
Bars in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Kew in the County of Surrey whereby the
Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the said
Petitioners It is Ordered that the benefit of their said Appeal should be saved
unto them and the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby
adjourned until the nest General Session of the Peace to be holden for this County
and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the Churchwarden and Overseers
of the Poor of that part of the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn which his above the Bars they and all Persons
concerned do attend the Court at the Session house aforesaid on Thursday the Twenty eight
day of February nest at the hour of Nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and above
the judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
