for the Insurance of your Premises in Clarkenwell Green
will expire the 20th Day of Janry next: in the mean Time, if you
Please to apply at the Office, you may continue the Same,or receive your Dividend.

You will Please to observe that your Policy above mentioned,and all Policies
issued by this Office on and Since the first Day of August,1777, are Perpetual ; and
that the Insurance thereon may be continued by the Same Policy, without being
liable to the Stamp Duties imposed on Policies of Insurance, PROVIDED the
Money for Continuation be paid on or before the Day Seven Years on which the
Policy is dated,and PROVIDED there is no Diminution from,or Addition to,
the Sum therein Specified,or any Alteration made in the Premises described in the
Said Policy,and intended to be insured.

an Annual Duty of Is 6d. Upon
every £100 insured, to be paid at
the same time, pursuant to Act of
