Gent maketh Oath & saith, that he this Depont. did on Monday the third Day of Decr: Inst
Reave at the Turn pike House near St. Gurges Churchhe this Deponent
in the said County of Middx and also as the office of the Clerks
of the peace for the said County of Middx a true Copy of the
Notice for Trail in this Cause& alsohereunto annexed signed by the Deft do also& also a
true Copy of the Order here unto annexed;and this Depntstrue Copy of the Order of Court here unto annexed
did at the same time asinged by the DeftbyAnd this Dept.
Saith that the Copy left at the sd. Turnpike House was left wt
Mr. Ambler one of the Collectors there, and such that he
this Dept. Aidat thesame time acquaint the sd. Mr. Ambler
of the Intent Etc Meaning of such Notice, And this Depont.
believes that such Notice of Trial hath not since here [..]
counter namededAnd with he hath used his best
endeavours to find out where the sd. John James< no role > now beleived
resides but hath not been able so to do.
