For Felony.

Bound over to Prosecute in May Session [..]

William Johnson< no role > of new Road in the Parish of Saint Georges
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman and William Amount< no role > of
White Chapel Road in the Parish of White Chapel in said County
of Middlesex Staymaker Severally make Oath as follows And
first he this Deponent William Johnson< no role > for himself Saith that
sometime in March last past he caused the above named Dependant
to be Apprehended for Stealing One Pewter Quart Pott and on the
same Day caused the Defendant to be taken before Mr. Justice
Green at his Office Shadwell in the said County of Middlesex
when then and there said Defendant was Committed by said
Justice Green for said felony And this Deponent further saith
that said Justice Green bound over this Deponent to Prosecute
the above named Defendant in May Sessions last and this
Deponent further saith that it was his real Intentions to have
Prosecuted the above named Defendant in May Sessions
Agreeable to his recognizance but that he this Deponent
was under the Necessity of Business of Importance of being
down in Yorks hire And he this Deponent returned two
late to proper his Bile of Indictment the Grand Jury being
Discharged And this Deponent further saith that he hath not
received any [..] Gacn hope or reward from the Defendant or any [..] in Order to prevent this
Deponent from [..] his Bill of Indictment lagin [..]
above named Defend [..] and this Deponent William Arno [..]
